Unterschlupf

Unterschlupf-Shelter

Five roofs with shingle roofs and goldleaf interior.
The engraved poems are inspired by language used by indigenous peoples,
where nouns are never isolated ’things’ but they are interacting and active.
Thus a world is woven in which everything is interdependent.

Kissing cricket | Slippery worm | Sightseeing seed

Breaking star | Dancing deer | Blushing ant

Speaking mountain | Whispering tree | Quiet orchid

Lingering leaves | Biting snow | Corresponding roots

Crying Thunder | Trembling earth | Cleansing fire

Meandering path | Praying frog | Curious grass

Spitting cloud | Rolling stone | Deafening Scrub

Mothering moon | Listening crow | Sweet moss

Embracing sky | Laughing fly | Amazed rabbit

Bleeding rock | Weeping glacier | Mourning trout
