A blind letter to the future is a site responsive installation in an abandoned family hotel in a Japanese mountain village. The area used to be known for its small scale silk and textile industry. The house holds many stories about living with care, repairing what is broken, trying not to break the thread. It inspired me to embroider a letter to the future, not easy to read, but maybe its content can be felt.
