‘Fifty ways to see a white flag’ is a series of work that I made for the White Flag Art Project exhibition in Casa de La Imagen, Logroño, Spain (2026).
It is a serious play with the weight and weightlessness of the white flag, contemplating the meaning of surrender to not knowing how to deal with contemporary global threats and challenges, the need to bear witness and to stay with the trouble.
