Dwaalgasten

From the harbour of the former island Schokland, figures take shape from flotsam and jetsam.
After the inhabitants were removed from the island by forces of nature and the state, this installation brings them back.
At the same time they are no different then any humans looking for a safe shore.

Made for Dichter op het Land/Groundspeak, Museum Schokland 2019
